Tables: Insurance Plan Groups

This table is not required, but is useful for grouping together individual Insurance Plans for reporting purposes. For instance, you can run a report based on all of your Aetna, Medicare, or Medicaid products rather than running a separate report for each Insurance Plan and trying to merge them.
