Update Summary
Thursday, August 11th, 2016 @ 10PM MST, we will be pushing out a new ChartLogic update. The update is expected to be completed by 2AM MST on August 12th.
This version update includes an easier PQRS reporting workflow and custom reporting capabilities from Flowsheet table data. Below are the full release notes.
Key Updates
1125 – Reporting for PQRS and CQMs are now easier by assigning a Snomed-CT code to Internal Education documents.
1161 – Custom Reporting can be built from Flowsheet table data.
1178 – The Help button under the Tools menu will now launch to helpchartlogic.wpengine.com.
1212 – Cleaned up the appearance of the Lab Result Smartfield.
Resolved Issues
1082 – Resolved an issue with bad RTF Templates.
1159 – Orders assigned with no user from an interface can now be assigned to any user.
1162 – Error after syncing labs from Change Healthcare when no patient is selected.
1164 – A user can now search ICD-10 codes in Diagnosis Director that have been configured for use.
1184 – The Order status in Lab Results and Lab Order Smartfields will update inside encounters, messages, or forms when updated.
1191 – Resolved an issue with the Save button and the exam navigation arrows which were causing some lock-ups and slowness.
New Features
1195 – CCDAs can be generated for Medicare patients only.
1196 – A practice can now flag Medicare Insurances tied to patients.
1131 – The Order Report will show all unmatched results from Change Healthcare and Unsolicited Labs.
1139 – Manual Radiology/Custom orders can be merged into Unsolicited results.
