Out of Memory Errors
This update addresses various memory handling issues throughout the software.
Case Management
14 – Added an address book option to the referring provider in Case Manager.
Encounters
1003, 1004 – ChartLogic will no longer insert Order details or results into Messages, Forms, or Encounters unless the LabOrder and LabResult SmartFields are present.
123 – Improved the Save feature within encounters to ensure data integrity.
eRx
1130 – Updated the Rcopia refresh button to work more efficiently.
Main Screen
941 – Need to only display the orders buckets in the left panel for users if an order assigned to that bucket.
943 – Update the Left Panel on the Main screen to display result by provider/practice.
1002 – Separate Order Result buckets from the Orders Node in Left Panel.
1006 – Filter Left Panel Orders and Order Results sections by Site.
1102 – Updated the SSO for EMR to AMD.
1005 – Slpit up the Orders and Results buckets in the Left-Panel.
Orders
538 – Labs/Orders should be able to be merged together.
670 – Add an archive/delete option for any order.
Reports
671 – Update archived report to query for archived orders.
Settings
942 – Added a system setting to up display all order results for the practice, provider, or by user.
Template Builder
998 – Create a new Smartfield called Order Details to display a simplified order information.
1000 – Create a new Smartfield called Order Results that will link back to the Order Detail Screen when double clicked.
Miscellaneous
1113 – Improved error handling within the EMR.
123 – Updated the Save Button to ensure Exam Data integrity.
1124 – Enhanced our application installer.
1151 – Improved the HIPAA screen performance.
Updating ChartLogic
Following any ChartLogic update, we recommend having staff available to upgrade machines prior to opening your practice. We also recommend that you login to Windows as an administrator to run ChartLogic. This will ensure that you receive the update without any issues. You’ll also want to work with your IT group to complete the following:
- Whitelist / Allow ChartLogic applications through your Firewall
- Grant full access, for all Windows users, to the following directories:
- C:\Program Files (x86)\ChartLogic
- C:\Program Files\ChartLogic
- C:\ProgramData\ChartLogic8EHR
- Whitelist the following directories within your anti-virus software:
- C:\Program Files (x86)\ChartLogic
- C:\Program Files\ChartLogic
- C:\ProgramData\ChartLogic8EHR
