There is now an option for a practice defined message for use on the appointment reminder card. A message field has been added to the Appointment Sites form in WinPM Appointment Scheduling. This new field allows the practice to add a “practice defined” note to each Appointment Site. This note will appear on the appointment card when the user selects “Save & Appt Card” when creating an appointment. When using this option, the practice note will replace the system default note that currently appears on the WinPM Appointment Card. Current Default Note: If you are unable to keep this appointment, please contact this office within (24 or 48) hrs.
Highlight an Appointment Site and click on “Details”, this will open the Appointment Site form.
In the “Appt Card Reminder” field, enter the text you would like to print on the appointment card. The character limit is 620 characters and a total of 10 lines.
If the “Appt Card Reminder” field is left blank, it will default to the system message:

If your practice has multiple sites and would like the same “Appt Card Reminder” message to appear on all sites, you can do so from your main billing dashboard Tables>Practice>Appt Card Reminder:

New file naming routine during TeleVox appointment reminder file generation will assign a unique file name to each reminder file sent to TeleVox. This will allow the practice to generate multiple files during one business day.
