Thursday, August 26, 2021, we will be pushing out a ChartLogic WinPM Hotfix for the latest 3.3 release. The updates will start at 10PM MT on Thursday.

During the scheduled update window, a short service interruption is expected. Clients can then expect an application update and restart.

New Features 🚀

• EDI Remittance – Print EOB
  • When you open the detail of an EDI Remittance there is a new button “Print EOB” that will generate a human readable EOB to the screen to review and optionally print. This is intended to replace the use of MREP to view an EOB. The MREP export functionality remains and is not currently planned to be removed.

• CL10 EHR Patient Payment balance query returns an incorrect value
• ERA processing halts when the Payer truncates Patient names
• Statements generation is failing with extremely large Billing Account tables
• Corrected Claims feature is using the incorrect sign on adjustment amounts and the new encounter is not editable
• Receiving a spurious “All Claims Suppressed” message after successfully generating EDI claims
• Cannot save CMS-1500 alignment settings from the Test Alignment function
