Version 3.2

Thursday, February 25, 2021, we will be pushing out a ChartLogic WinPM Release for the 3.2 version. The updates will start at 8PM MST on Thursday.

During the scheduled update window, short service interruption is expected. Clients can then expect an application update and restart.

New Features 🚀

• You can now create Insurance Plan Profiles that will support capitated plans. Help Article →
• Expanded character set for EDI Partner passwords.
• Print EOB from 835
  • Selecting Print EOB from the EDI Remittance detail form will produce a hard copy EOB from the contents of the 835 file.
• Additional permissions to limit access to practice tables.
  • The Practice Tables permission is now required to edit Diagnoses, Services, Patient Note Type tables.

Bug Fixes 🔧

• Fixed deleting encounter diagnoses not working in some cases.
• Fixed issues with duplicate rows and failure to update Plan Profiles.
• Expanded the number of claims that the Prep process can process.
• Corrected issue with selecting a non-default printer for paper claim forms.
• Fixed display of data in the Prep Errors grid on the Encounter form.
