WinPM Update Summary

Thursday, September 3rd, 2020, we will be pushing out a ChartLogic WinPM Release for the 3.1.3 version. The updates will start at 9PM MST on Thursday. During the scheduled update window, short service interruption is expected. Clients can then expect an application update and restart.

Bug Fixes 🔧

• Scheduling:
  • Corrected time zone and date misbehavior on all scheduling calendar views.
  • Corrected delete function misbehavior under “File” menu option for a saved appointment.
  • Corrected misbehavior and error message with multiple “Drag & Drop”  activity for an appointment on the calendar Week or Month views.
• Batch Eligibility Report:
  • Corrected time zone and date misbehavior when viewing or printing Batch Eligibility Reports.
• Transfer EDI Files:
  • Corrected misbehavior with Transfer EDI Files so that the send and receive functionality is restored.
• Generate Claims:
  • Corrected misbehavior with generating a paper claim form batch for (Ins Form Type 1500_0212) so that the functionality is restored.
