Username and password
The first thing you’ll need to do when opening ChartLogic is enter your username and password.
Open ChartLogic by double-clicking on the ChartLogic icon on your desktop. When the ChartLogic login screen appears, enter your practice ID, username, and password, and then click on Sign In. Make sure you use a secure password. Your password should be at least eight characters long, and should be a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols.
ChartLogic now has a single sign-on feature, which means you can use the same login credentials to access both EHR and PM. This way, you won’t have to remember two unique passwords if you log in and out of each application several times during the day.
