Changing Passwords

To change password:

1. Go to Configure > Change Password.
2. Enter current password in the Current Password text box.
3. Enter new password in the New Password text box, then again in the Confirm New Password text box.
4. Click OK.

As of 9.1.12, All customers will have the “Password Secure” setting enabled within ChartLogic. If you already have it enabled, you will not experience any changes. For those that do not have it enabled you will experience a few small changes that will include:

1. Password Secure set to “Yes” and can no longer be disabled.
2. Passwords must follow the new standard and include:
   1. 8 character minimum
   2. 1 upper case
   3. 1 lower case
   4. 1 special character (!@#$%^&*(), etc.)
3. If the password does not meet the standard, users will be forced to change upon login.
4. Secure passwords will be required when creating new user accounts.

These changes are being made to follow updated HIPAA standards, adhering to our corporate security policies, and to prevent unauthorized use of ChartLogic software.
