Send Referral Reply Letter Automatically on Save and Finish
- Go to Configure > Options from the ChartLogic Main Screen.
- Expand User Accounts.
- Expand Providers/Users.
- Select the User/Provider.
- Select the Exam Toolbar
- Find ‘Auto Fax Referral Reply On Save And Finish’ and check the box to turn this setting on.
If this setting is enabled and a patient was not referred this warning will pop up for you to click ‘Yes’ to Save and Finish anyway and a letter will not be sent. Or click ‘No’ to Save and Exit to configure a referring physician for this patient.
The Audit Log will track if this setting is enabled but an auto referral letter was not sent.
