Tickle Note Report

The Tickle Note Report is used to keep up-to-date on Patient Notes containing a Tickle Date (i.e. date for future follow up).

Filter Selection

Select the dater range during which the Tickle Notes are due. The report can be further filtered by Type, Assigned to, and User. Check the Order by patient box to sort by Patient. Otherwise, the report will sort by date.

The Report

Tickle Note Report is a static report and cannot be further filtered or sorted once it has been generated.
