The Recall Report is used to notify patients who are due to return for an appointment. It produces a call list with Patient names and phone numbers, as well as the option to print mailing labels.

Filter Selection

The report may be filtered by Date Range, Appointment Type, Appointment Resource, and/or Appointment Site. Check the Print Mailing Labels box if needed for sending reminder postcards or letters.

If printing mailing labels, the Print Mailing Labels dialog box will appear, allowing you to select the row/column position on which to begin printing (requires Avery 5160 labels).

The Report

The report is static, allowing no further sorting or grouping. It is simply a phone list to facilitate reminder phone calls to the Patients who are due for appointments.
