Home EHR ePrescribe 9.1.8 Update from Rcopia 3 to Rcopia 4

DrFirst has released their new version of Rcopia4 for ePrescribe and must be used by all eligible ChartLogic customers by the end of the year.

To ensure this ePrescribe upgrade is successful, all customers will be scheduled to transition from Rcopia3 to Rcopai4 by October 31st, 2019.

All end users of ChartLogic EHR are encouraged to view the following training video below prior to their scheduled transition.

Rcopia3 to Rcopia4 Changes ⚡

  • All cross patient reporting such as Pending Prescription, Pharmacy Messages, Rx Refills and Needs Signing are now accessed via the new RX Notification feature on the ChartLogic EHR Dashboard.
  • When accessed within the context of a patient record the Prescription Report will only show pending prescriptions just for the patient in context in both Rcopia 3 & 4.
  • Patient Search is no longer available when in the context of a patient record.
  • Prescriber Agent’s “Hold for Signature” button has been removed in Rcopia 3 & 4, but the workflow still functions when user clicks OK on Review Screen.
