Telehealth is the practice of caring for patients remotely, most often through a HIPAA-compliant video conferencing tool that allows for unprecedented remote connections between physicians and their patients. It allows for your practice to visit with patients in a way that helps to slow the spread of illnesses by use of sick patient’s isolation. We will outline the workflow a practice will use ChartLogic’s Telehealth tool as well as from the patient side.
Practice Workflow
Login to the ChartLogic Patient Portal utilizing any device with a web camera.
Select Patient on the Left side
Search Patient in which you wish to have a Telehealth visit.
The patient must have an active portal account prior to a telehealth visit being established.
Once a patient is selected, Click the Telehealth icon.
Click Join on the right. Practice user video will be shared at this point.
