Resetting Patient Passwords

How to reset patient passwords in the Patient Portal:

• Login to the Portal with your username and password
• Click Users
• Search for the patient’s name under Users

• Click on the patient’s name

• Select Password

• Enter in a New Password and click Save

Note: Patient will not be notified of password change, you will need to let the patient know what their new temporary password will be.
