How to Change Users Password:
User will need to be logged into the Manager account, or an account with Manager specified access.
Select the User list in the top right corner.
Use the search bar to look for the user in question, can search by first or last name, or both. This can be a practice user or a patient user.
Select the User
Click
Password
Enter new Password
Click
Save
