Appointment Categories

Appointment Categories help you organize your appointment types. You may decide on your own, but some commonly used Appointment Categories include the following:

• Administrative – meetings, drug rep visits, holidays, etc., used mostly to block out time where patients will not be seen.
• Patient Care – patient appointments with a provider.
• Nurse Visits – patient appointments that do not require a provider (i.e. vaccinations, labs, etc. )
• Labs
• Procedures
• Surgery
• Nursing Home
