General Navigation Voice Commands
The following commands enable navigation around the exam screen.

| “Go to” | Moves cursor to the next Go To [] |
| “Next” | Moves cursor to next Go To bracket [] or SmartMark |
| “Go to (SmartMark),” i.e., plan | Moves cursor to specified SmartMark |
| “Select (word/word grouping)” | Selects the word or group of words you said |
| “Select again” | Selects the next same word or word grouping |
| “Select (word through word)” | Selects first word through last word specified |
| “Correct (word)” | Selects word and opens spell box |
| “Move up” | Moves cursor up one line |
| “Move up (2–20)” | Moves cursor up the number of lines specified |
| “Move down” | Moves cursor down one line |
| “Move down (2–20)” | Moves cursor down the number of lines specified |
| “Move left” | Moves cursor to the left one character |
| “Move left (2–20)” | Moves cursor to the left the number of characters specified |
| “Move right” | Moves cursor to the right one character |
| “Move right (2–20)” | Moves cursor to the right the number of characters specified |
| “Move left (1–20 word(s))” | Moves cursor to the left the number of word(s) specified |
| “Move right (1–20 word(s))” | Moves cursor to the right the number of word(s) specified |
| “Backspace” | Backspaces one space |
| “Backspace (2–20)” | Backspaces the number of spaces specified |
| “Insert (SmartText)” | Inserts spoken/selected SmartText |
| “Insert after (words)” | Places cursor after word or group of words |
| “Insert before (words)” | Places cursor before word or group of words |
| “Press key—delete key” | Deletes character or line at location of cursor |
| “Press key—shift home key” | Selects left of cursor to beginning of line |
| “Press key—shift end key” | Selects right of cursor to end of line |
| “Press key—home key” | Moves cursor to beginning of line |
| “Press key—end key” | Moves cursor to end of line |
| “Page up” | Moves cursor up one page |
| “Page down” | Moves cursor down one page |
| “Copy that” | Copies selected word(s) |
| “Cut that” | Cuts selected word(s) |
| “Paste that” | Paste copied or cut text to location of cursor |
| “Scratch that” | Erases last word or phrase spoken/selected |
| “Scratch that (2–20) times” | Erases specified number of words or phrases |
| “Cap that” | Caps last word or phrase spoken/selected |
| “No caps that” | Lowercases last word or phrase spoken/selected |
| “Press Alt—(underlined letter)” | Runs command for button or menu item |
| “New line” | Moves cursor to beginning of next line. Caps first word if prior line ends with period |
| “New paragraph” | Moves cursor to beginning of second line and automatically caps first word |
| “Quick (Feature)” | Brings up exam screen feature |
| “Feature” i.e., diagnosis director | Brings up exam screen feature |
