Claims Submission, CSV, and CMS Web Interface options have very few codes to pick from making it somewhat inconvenient to report the data, as not all available measures may pertain to your practice making it hard to submit. This data method will provide you the most options as to which measures to report, and getting a real time reports from your registry vendor before the data is submitted to CMS. This option if successful can also increase your incentive just by reporting through a registry. If you choose this option, in order to provide the registry with the data they should need, you will to do a CCDA Exam Export from ChartLogic EMR. To do this go to Tools > CCDA Exam Export.
