Search

ChartLogic Document Management makes it easy to search through documents. Users can search patients, documents, document owners, and more.

Patient Search

To search by patient:

1. Click on the DM tab from the ChartLogic Main Screen.
2. Click on Search.
3. Select Patient Tab at the top.
4. Click the (…) icon to the right of the Patient Name text box.
5. Enter search criteria (last name, first name, SSN, etc.).
6. Click Search. Results will display in the box below.
7. Click on the patient and click Select. This will return you to the Search screen, Click Search which will list the documents for the patient.

Note: You can also hit Clear to clear all fields and start over.

8. Check the boxes for the documents you wish to view.
9. Click Documents will appear in the Search Results window in the DM main screen.
