Advanced Search

For a more specific search, use the Advanced search option.

To search using the Advanced tab:

1. From the DM tab, click Search.
2. Click the Advanced tab.
3. Fill in the criteria based on how you would like to conduct your search.

Note: Most of the fields have drop-down menus or a search icon to help you find the right information.

Note: Click Set as Default to set this search as the default search.

4. When finished, click Search. Search results will display in the Advanced search window.

Note: Click Expand All to show all results.

5. Check the boxes for the documents you wish to view. Documents will appear in the Search Results window of the DM main screen.

To add/update a saved search:

1. Repeat steps 1–3 above.
2. Click Add to Saved Search and enter search name. Or, if updating a saved search, edit information as necessary and then click Update Saved Search.

To delete a saved search:

1. In the Advanced search screen, click Delete Saved Search.
2. Search the saved search or select the search from the list.
3. Click Delete.

Notes:

• The Sort By fields allows you to determine how your search criteria are sorted.
• To reset the search screen, click Clear.
