Appointment Sites

Appointment sites are all the different locations where patients are seen. If a practice has only one site, this option is sometime used to define revenue centers in the office. Note that unlike many of the other tables, double-clicking on a row will not open a separate window in which to enter data; all data is entered directly to each row of the table by tabbing through the fields.

• Site: Nickname of the location
• Practice Site: Drop-down menu (Practice Sites table may not have been created yet – you may fill in later)
• Description: Brief, descriptive identifier of the site (i.e. Elm Street Office)
• Color: Color coding for appointments as they will appear on calendar to indicate location
