User Community Help Guide

The User Community is a way to give you even more of a voice about how you use and interact with our products and environments. Using this community, you can let us know what features, improvements and ideas are important to you, and even get feedback from our product and client service teams.

Access: https://ideas.chartlogic.com/

Signup

1. Go to https://ideas.chartlogic.com/portal_users/new
2. Enter Email, First Name and Last Name
3. Click Register

Logging In

1. Go to https://ideas.chartlogic.com/portal_session/new
2. Enter Email
3. Click Next
4. Enter Password
5. Click Log In

Create An Idea

1. Click Add a new idea in the top left of the screen
2. Choose a product for your idea (EHR, WinPM, Portal, etc.)
3. Enter your idea
4. Add additional information and attach files (optional)

Vote On Other Ideas

1. Click the VOTE button either on the main screen or on the individual idea
2. To unvote, click the VOTE button again

Comment On Ideas

1. Once in an individual idea, add your comment in the text box below the idea
2. Click Post Comment

Filter Ideas By Category

1. On the main screen, the left-hand sidebar lists several categories (EHR, WinPM, Portal, etc.)
2. Click the category you wish to filter the list of ideas by
3. The list should refresh
4. You can also filter by status
